Adam Dama built the Chronomizer app as an ad supported application, the Service. This Service is provided by Adam Dama at no cost and is intended for use as is with no guarantees.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding the policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when using this Service.

If you choose to use this Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information that is collected by Chronomizer is used solely for providing and improving the Service, with exception of any third-party services, described below. Chronomizer will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at chronomizer.app/terms.

Information Collection and Usage by Chronomizer

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, email, and device identifiers to create user account. The information that we request will be retained on your device and may be stored on a secure cloud service as described below (if utilized).

To use the Service and features requiring cloud connectivity, you must create this account. Your personal information may used to create a profile which you can use to access this Service from any compatible Apple iOS, iPadOS, or macOS device using your credentials. Any information included can be deleted at your request using either the Delete Account method through the mobile app, or through an email request to watchthetimefeedback@gmail.com.

Information Collection and Usage by Third-Parties

The Service does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Personal identfiers will only be collected if you grant permission through settings or when prompted through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency. The third-party services the Service uses are described below:

Third-Party What is it used for?
Google AdMob In order to provide this Service for free, we use an ad-supported model. Ads are shown in the application. To better serve ads to you, a personal identifier may be used if you grant permission, but this is opt-in only.
Google Analytics App usage data only while using our Service is collected to improve your experince, either to log most-used features, monitor app performace, or track down the cause of any crashes. Personal identifiers may be used if you grant permission, but this is opt-in only.

You also have the option to opt-out of analytics telemetry in the settings. However, even if opting out of telemetry, certain information will be collected through the AdMob service as descrived above. If you pay for Premium Access, telemetry is fully disabled by default and the services collecting information in this section are disabled.

Log Data

When using the Service, in a case of an error in the app, Log Data may be collected information from your phone. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, therefore we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and there is no guarantee of absolute security when using this Service.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, I strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we immediately remove this data from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can undertake the necessary actions.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Chronomizer may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Chronomizer will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
